Compass North Group, LLC generally provides services as a Contingency Placement Firm, we only charge a fee if you hire one of our candidates. We offer free job postings to companies who sign an agreement to use our placement services as well as reduced advertising rates through our website and in marketing literature.

PLACEMENT FEE: Many factors affect placement fees; our goal is to establish fair agreements which provide a positive return on investment for our customers, lead to long term relationships, and;result in a continual source of employment opportunities for veterans.

45 DAY GUARANTEE: We will issue a pro-rated refund of the fee or grant a credit of the full fee to client companies towards a replacement candidate if one of our candidates resigns or is terminated during the first 45 calendar days of employment because of individual performance issues.

PAYMENT: Payment is due within 30 days of starting date: we have the right to void the guarantee period should an invoice not be paid in full within 30 days of the start date.

LATE FEE: A late charge will be assessed at the rate of 5% per month on all unpaid balances.

Upon receipt of a job order via email or fax, our recruiters will immediately begin searching our database for qualified candidates who meet your employee criteria. You will receive resume(s) of the top qualifying candidate(s) within three business days or sooner via email or fax. We are committed to referring only qualified candidates. We will also inform you within three business days if we cannot find any candidates meeting your employee criteria.

All resumes and candidate information received from Compass North Group, LLC is to be considered confidential property of Compass North Group, LLC. The standard placement terms and conditions will apply to any candidate(s) hired by your company who were presented by Compass North Group, LLC.

ADVERTISING: We believe you will find our advertising rates very reasonable compared to larger jobs boards and news papers.
